Job Summary As a Production Supervisor at Shield AI, you will lead production operations and manufacturing teams, ensuring efficient workflow, high product quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards

Oversee onboarding and training of new production team members

Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations leadership

Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and workflow optimization

High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies

Experience in high-growth, scaling production operations
