Traditional travel nursing often requires moving from contract to contract, repeatedly onboarding into new hospital systems, and coordinating housing and logistics for each assignment.At Milan Laser Hair Removal, our Traveling Providers experience something different.This is a full-time, salaried role designed for nurses who enjoy travel and variety while benefiting from the stability, support, and career growth of a national organization.Traveling Providers support Milan's 400+ clinic locations nationwide, ensuring clients receive treatment when coverage is needed while experiencing new cities and supporting teams across the country.Each treatment blends medical precision with empathy and professionalism so every client feels safe, informed, and confident in their results.As a Traveling Registered Nurse (RN) Provider, you will deliver laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols while supporting clinics nationwide when coverage is needed. In this role, you ensure continuity of care while helping clients understand their treatment progress and achieve their desired results.ResponsibilitiesClinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. RequirementsCurrent applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is requiredFor Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is requiredAbility to travel extensively and adapt to new clinic environmentsStrong customer service skills and a passion for patient careExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain highly confidential informationInterest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industryValid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles when required for business travelResidence within close proximity to both a Milan clinic and a major airportFollowing successful completion of provider training, Traveling Providers must demonstrate the ability to help train new providers.Supporting DetailsTravel ExpectationsTravel assignments are coordinated by Milan's Scheduling Team, with all travel expenses covered. Travel by flight and vehicle is required.
