Sailor is building the platform for senior mental health, connecting older adults, therapists, healthcare professionals, and insurance plans. Our AI-native operating system powers seamless care coordination, real-time clinical insights, and insurance billing – enabling therapists to spend more time delivering compassionate care.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Schedule: Part-time (approx. 20-25 hrs/week , exact hours flexible based on candidate availability and business need)

We're looking for a part-time Clinical Recruiter to support our fast-growing clinical team by managing the candidate-facing stages of our hiring process: reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, assessing fit, and keeping clinicians informed and engaged throughout their journey with us. Your goal will be to help identify the most exceptional therapists and psychologists who are passionate about serving the senior population.

Screen: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates worth advancing

Track: Own your portion of the recruitment pipeline in our applicant tracking system, keeping candidate stages, notes, and statuses accurate and current

Coordinate: Partner with the Provider Growth team to hand off candidates smoothly at each pipeline stage (e.g., Organized – you keep candidate data, notes, and follow-ups tight and timely, so nothing falls through the cracks even when juggling a full slate of interviews

Flexible in a fast-paced environment – you can shift gears smoothly between back-to-back calls, stay sharp through a packed schedule, and adapt as priorities change day to day
