Senior HRBP, Employee Relations

We're looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our US-based teams and play a pivotal role in shaping HoneyBook's culture and scaling our people strategy, reporting to the Director of HRBP in Tel Aviv.

This role is hybrid to our SF office, 3 days per week in office.
Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance.
Support teams through org design, change management, and cultural transformation-ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions.
Advise on employee relations : Drive core HR programs : Own and implement initiatives like performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives.
Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights to refine our strategy and keep HoneyBook competitive.
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
