Visiting Angels of Richardson is hiring a Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver for our clients throughout the North Texas area in places like Richardson, Garland, Plano, Addison, Wylie, Rockwall, Mesquite, Forney, and many others.

A Visiting Angels Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver wears many hats as they help our elderly and home-care clients stay at home or recover at home with dignity.
Managing light housekeeping
Helping clients with shopping and putting away groceries (or shopping for them)
Planning and preparing meals in collaboration with clients (based on client ability)
Assisting clients with mobility and ambulation - this can include everything from getting around the house to visiting the doctor and taking walks
A Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver must also be prepared to act quickly in the case of medical emergencies. This includes adequately reporting any health changes or unusual circumstances. Our caregivers possess the ideal blend of competency, compassion, and professional discernment.
Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
A heart for vulnerable people seeking meaningful companionship
Willingness to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards
