Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
Current DE state license is a plus.

The Practice
Saint Francis Hospital – Wilmington, Delaware

• STEMI-receiving center and stroke center with cath lab during days.
• 146-bed hospital with a 24-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 25,000; 1.7 pph.
• Subspecialty backup includes general surgery, OBGYN, ortho, neurology, 24/7 interventional radiology, and more.
• Vituity-staffed hospitalists and anesthesiologists offer integrated care solutions at this site!

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
