Security Concierge Morning Shift

Concierge Security OfficerMFort Security Services is a trusted provider of contract security services based in Chicago, Illinois. We are seeking a professional and reliable Concierge Security Officer to join our team as a concierge for a PT 1st shift position. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front-desk role.Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerEnforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systemsObserve, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activityConduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environmentMaintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concernsAdhere to all company policies, post orders, and client proceduresCommunicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractorsResponsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasksPerform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisorsQualifications:Must have a vehicle and able to travel to Arlington HeightsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)Minimum 1 year of residential concierge or front desk security experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureCapable of standing and walking for extended periodsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionMust pass a drug screening and background checkSchedule & Compensation:Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours)Pay Rate: $19.50 per hourStreet parking only- No employee ParkingIf you're looking to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork, apply now to join MFort Security Services.
