Position Summary The Cocktail Server is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages to customers in a bar, restaurant, or event setting. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring the quality of drinks, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18.00-$22.50 and is tip eligible (per CBA).
Benefits Per The Union Agreement. This position will remain open until June 26, 2026.
About The Venue Allegiant Stadium is the technologically-advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events.
Responsibilities Mix and serve cocktails and other beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.
Ensure that all drinks are prepared to a high standard and meet quality control guidelines.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
Keep track of alcohol and other beverage stock to prevent wastage and ensure availability.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
Ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for repair.
Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
Maintain a point-of-sale system and ensure accurate reporting of sales.
Work closely with other staff members, such as servers and kitchen personnel, to ensure smooth operation and high service standards.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes and service techniques.
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail to ensure drink quality and accuracy in orders.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Good manual dexterity for mixing and serving drinks.
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor.
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
Ability to learn to operate a register and corresponding system.
Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed based on the events schedules and business needs.
Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card).
