Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care Nursing Service

Provides shift-to-shift oversight for clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, service, and utilization of resources for daily operations. Maintains the environment of care. Provides care to patients in a competent, capable, caring, and efficient manner. Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served. Leads and participates in departmental process improvement to improve project outcomes. Facilitates employee engagement activities, including professional shared governance participation.
