ResponsibilitiesWork in strict accordance with the requirements according to the process SOP, using the skills acquired during training.Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the work area and surrounding areas and the standard placement of items.Work seriously and responsibly, behave, and dress in compliance with company rules and regulations.Complete machine production capacity indicators as required and actively strive to ensure superior product quality and output.Before each shift, hand over the machine status, raw materials, work-in-progress, and tooling fixtures and provide machine status report.Check the product quality of the previous process and monitor current process.Complete the production registration for each time period, summarize any abnormal impacts and report to the team leader in a timely manner.Participate in company safety training, identify hazard sources, understand emergency procedures, and implement production safety during the manufacturing process.Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Basic communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.Ability to quickly learn job-specific skills, including basic office equipment and company software.Ability to read and understand basic numbers, measurements, and written instructions.Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced production environment.Strong teamwork mindset and reliability.Ability to work on a workshop/production floor environment.
