Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests across various specialtieschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondin accordance with established protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assure proper collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
Maintain detailed records of procedures, engage in training new team members or students, and contribute to the achievement of lab quality benchmarks.
Ensure a tidy, safe workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, alongside a commitment to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be acquired within one year of employment.
