Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere, be great hosts, and be the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff.

Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff including kids club, front desk, and janitorial staff.

Provide constructive feedback on performance with specific language.

Ensure high‑quality customer service by addressing concerns, managing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain proper certifications, and implement safety protocols.

Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.

Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing teams to improve gym performance and uphold brand standards.

Monitor and order inventory such as equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.

1. 3 years of operations management experience.
2. 4 years of customer service experience.

Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.

Strong attention to detail, systematic problem solving, good time management, and record‑keeping.

Excellent MS Office skills.

Intimately knowledgeable of company policies and SOPs.

Ability to use company computer systems for documents, data entry, and reports.
