Attorney | Litigation Remote

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of civil litigation experience to join our Citrus Heights office. The ideal candidate will have first-chair trial experience and a proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
Location: Citrus Heights, CA (Remote - some onsite work is required)
Qualifications
First-chair trial experience on Section 1983 matters (minimum 5 trials)
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of California
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Experience: 8+ years of civil litigation experience
Compensation: Base salary of $200,000‑$250,000 annually
Billable Requirement: 1,800 billable hours per year
Work Schedule: Hybrid - Remote work is permitted except for client meetings, depositions, court appearances, team meetings, and other in‑person commitments. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the Citrus Heights office.
