Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRNProvide compassionate, hands-on care to residents at a skilled nursing facility in Destrehan, Louisiana. Flexible day and night shifts based on facility needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Obtain and document vital signs and other routine observations as required.Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and maintaining resident safety.Report changes in residents' condition or behavior to nursing staff.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.Provide respectful care that promotes resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.Work collaboratively with nurses, other CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.Qualifications:Current CNA certification in the State of LouisianaCompassionate and respectful approach to resident careStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing resident needsAbility to work independently while remaining an effective member of the care team.Preferred Skills:Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
