We are seeking a high‑performing Finance Manager to lead all Finance & Insurance operations for our Mazda and Volkswagen stores. This role functions as a Typing Manager, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all finance documentation and written communication. You will oversee deal structure, lender relationships, compliance, F&I performance, and customer experience while driving profitability and maintaining strict regulatory standards.
F&I Operations
Oversee all retail, lease, and commercial finance transactions
Structure deals for maximum profitability within guidelines
Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain compliance with TILA, Red Flags, OFAC, FTC Safeguards, FCRA, and state laws
Conduct regular audits of deal jackets and finance documentation
Performance & Reporting
Analyze monthly F&I performance and KPIs
Customer Experience
Resolve finance‑related customer concerns
Support high CSI and online reputation scores
5+ years automotive F&I experience
- 2+ years as a Finance Manager
- Proven results in finance reserve and product penetration
- Deep understanding of automotive lending and compliance
- Familiarity with Mazda Financial Services & Volkswagen Credit
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
