CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CNC Machinist role in Gresham. Set up, operate, and program CNC machines to produce precision parts for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with specifications and blueprints.

Monitor CNC machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

Perform quality checks on machined parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with aerospace tolerances and standards.

Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot any operational challenges.

Accurately document production processes, including machine settings, tool changes, and output data.

Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing is required.

Proven experience in producing precision parts for aerospace applications, with knowledge of aerospace materials and tolerances.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Flexibility to work swing shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Knowledge of safety regulations and aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100) is a plus, but training will be provided.
