Job Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee residential renovation, redevelopment, and construction projects within the Richmond market. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through final completion, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and company leadership to successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in residential and light commercial construction management.

Responsibilities Oversee residential renovation, redevelopment, and construction projects.
Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion.
Ensure quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
Execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills Project management
Construction management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience managing residential, multifamily, or redevelopment construction projects.
Knowledge of change orders, project coordination, and construction documentation.
Knowledge of Richmond-area building codes and permitting processes.
PMP, CCM, or Construction Management certification preferred.
Work Environment The role involves working both onsite and in the field. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.
