COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)

• Up to $105,000 Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus, Commensurate with Experience)
• Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus paid quarterly

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required

Experience in OP setting a plus – manual therapy knowledge and experience.
