Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is accepting applications for the Server Assistant / Server role. The Server Assistant is the backbone of the Front of House, maintaining high service standards by observing the dining room, expo line, and bar, acting as the primary food runner, and handling clean‑up and table reset duties. Fully trained Server Assistants have the opportunity to advance into a Bartender position, increasing responsibility and pay.

Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and cuisine.

Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through peer‑led beverage training.

Be present and active on the floor, assisting with running side work.

Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, and stock supplies.

Assist Bartenders with all aspects of service to enhance the guest experience.

Deliver food to our guests and explain each dish.

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Accident insurance options available.

Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, and restock inventory.

Safe and efficient use of kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and knives.

Tolerance of potential allergens and food odors.
