Griswold Home Care For Laguna Hills Caregiver Opportunity

We are looking to hire skilled, compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented caregivers to be a part of our Griswold Home Care for Laguna Hills family!

Location: Laguna Hills, Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Dana Point

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience, background, and skill level)

Daily pay through Tap Check

• Client and employee referral bonus- Please ask us as certain eligibility criteria would apply.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Licensing: Must have an HCA ID # and eligibility letter through the CA Department of Social Services

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working with seniors in a home care setting is preferred

Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance are required, as transportation services are part of the job.

Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and become active on the California Home Care Registry.

References: At least four professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver, along with two personal references.

BLS and First Aid certification is required

Completion of all pre-hire documents and training within 48 hours of offer

Commitment to completing initial paid training and any ongoing annual training
