Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechPosition Summary: The Maintenance Tech is responsible for providing day to day maintenance operations of commercial properties, ensuring all building systems and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. This role includes hands-on maintenance work. Newspapers – from sidewalk & lobbies to mail room areaUnlock revolving doorsBlow leaves/litter from stairs and garagesSweep/Blow/Power wash building entryways & patioClean & maintain patio – wipe down tables & chairs, raise & lower umbrellas, sweep area.Police garage, parking garage stairwells, loading docks/dumpster areas, grounds around the buildings, & highway frontage.Ensure all electrical closets, janitor closets, roof access, building storage, and loading docks are secure and all hazards are removed.Only ladders, carts, and light bulbs are allowed in electrical closets.
