Help Desk Support/Technical Support - Remote

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for end users across a fast-paced enterprise environment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues, delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile device, and application support requests.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping users resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Provide desktop, application, and technical support for end users via desk-side, remote, and phone support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, handheld devices, and network connectivity.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
Support hardware and software deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
Perform desktop and laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment activities.
Manage and track IT assets, including inventory, deployments, and device lifecycle activities.
Coordinate issue resolution with internal IT teams while acting as the primary communication point for end users.
Follow established IT service management processes, security policies, and operational procedures.
Assist with additional IT support projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR an Associate's degree with 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple support requests.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies in a constantly evolving IT environment.
Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and enterprise applications.
Experience with desktop/laptop imaging and deployment processes.
Knowledge of hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise mobility solutions and iPhone devices.
Knowledge of virtual desktop and remote support technologies.
Previous experience participating in large-scale hardware refresh or migration projects.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Battle Ground, WA.
