Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pay: $82,651.00 - $90,806.00 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the BCBA will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the overall quality of life for those we serve.
Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions in accordance with ABA principles.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management techniques.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in clinical settings.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.
Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with individuals with special needs.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills to inform treatment decisions.
