Transportation Dispatcher

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Transportation Dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll coordinate trips, assign drivers, and ensure all transportation services are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally. Schedule and dispatch drivers for airport pickups, medical transportation, and charter services

Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, and messaging systems

Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal teams

Support shift transitions to ensure seamless operations

Foster a strong, customer-focused service environment

High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of dispatch experience (transportation preferred)
• Comfortable using computers and dispatch systems
• Knowledge of local roads, airport procedures, and routing
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable)

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and varying shifts

Onsite role in a fast-paced dispatch office

Step in to support driving operations in emergency situations if needed
