Investor Management Associate

Company Overview A leading global investment firm with approximately $370 billion in client assets is seeking an Associate to join their Investor Relations team. The firm manages a diverse range of strategies across the capital structure, offering creative capital solutions and generating attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Job Responsibilities Partner with regional Business Development teams to provide client-specific analytics and tailored materials for client meetings and strategic initiatives.

Maintain a deep understanding of products and strategies, translating complex information into clear messaging for client materials.

Serve as a central point for inbound investor requests, ensuring cohesive and consistent communication.

Support investor-level AUM calculations and ensure alignment between client reporting and internal metrics.

Drive the development and enhancement of the firm's language library, ensuring content remains current and aligned with evolving strategies.

Manage the collation and distribution of recurring and ad-hoc investor reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Execute multiple high-priority initiatives, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, or Consulting preferred.

Strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Solid understanding of credit markets preferred.

Compensation Salary: $150,000 - $160,000, Plus Bonus
