Regional Truck Driver (Dedicated)
Our fleet is growing and we are looking for motivated and professional Class A truck drivers who are serious about growing their trucking career. We offer GUARANTEED weekly home time, great income and a great work environment.
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Drivers MUST meet the following experience requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- 6 full months verifiable tractor trailer experience in the last 2 years
- Trailer experience has to be at least 45 ft
- Local Experience will count
- Trainee time (after school) counts towards total experience
- Will take an Auto Restriction
- Must have a fairly clean MVR and BG and be able to pass all pre-employment tests

· Drivers will be responsible for unloading trailers at each stop. They will use gravity rollers to push boxes of freight down the rollers to the store employees at the back of the store. Drivers will also pick up empty totes and cardboard. Unloading video available upon request. If you have no experience with driver unload, we will train you with a 1 week on the job training paid out at $200 per day. All Round Trip Runs. Multi-stop routes with 4 deliveries per route. Steady Freight – Not Seasonal APU equipped Late-Model automatic Trucks Vacation and Holiday Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) Passenger Program and Pet Policy Driver Referral Program, Get Paid For Loving Your Job EAP - Employee Assistance Program Drivewayze - scale bypass Top notch road rescue Bestpass - Toll passes Zoom orientation. Will pick up truck in either Dallas or St. Louis Hometime/Days Off:Drivers are home for 34 hour weekly reset. Weekends not guaranteed. A typical week for drivers is start Sunday and finish Friday. If driver is close enough to home during their 10 hour break, they may take it at home.
Pay:
$1500-$1600 per week. $100 per trailer unload. $35 per stop. Average $78,000 per year. $0.58.5 - $0.62 CPM.
