Help Desk Support/Technical Support - Remote

Opportunity to work in a busy, dynamic office environment in South downtown Orlando, FL
Temporary assignment through November 20th, 2026, offering stability and valuable experience
Onsite role with exposure to government IT operations
What’s a typical day as Contact Center Help Desk I? Monitoring and assigning tickets in the Help Desk system
Providing Help Desk support to resolve hardware and software issues for end-users
Developing and documenting Help Desk and desktop procedures
Assisting in the maintenance of cloud-based email solutions, assigning users, and supporting Active Directory
Performing repairs and backups of desktop computers
Creating and maintaining third-party software training manuals for staff
Assisting the Systems Security Manager and Information Systems Management with special projects as directed
Collaborating with IS team members, vendors, and all employees within the office
Supporting and performing team member duties as needed
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Bring at least two years of experience installing, configuring, testing, and deploying software and computer equipment
Possess at least two years of experience with computer hardware, networking, printers, peripherals, and electronics
Have at least three years of experience providing end-user technical support
Are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating systems, and email systems
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users, management, and IT staff
Have at least one year of experience supporting network infrastructure, including switches, cabling, and wired/wireless networks
Are experienced using remote support tools
Can create technical documentation and train end-users on software applications
Exhibit strong customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations
Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ Certifications
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
