SecretPay Transparency: $70,500.00 - $130,900.00Experience Level: Experienced ProfessionalFT/PT/Casual: FullTimeDepartment: SpaceBusiness Unit: SpaceStandard Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration and Test Engineer (IC2) to join the Ground Production Operations team supporting the LRHW program. In this role, you will help ensure the daily continuity of production activities through hands-on integration support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Demand Management, MRP, and Procurement teams to ensure production has the materials, information, and system readiness required to meet schedule commitments.Support daily production floor needs by identifying and resolving issues.Partner with Demand Management, MRP, and Procurement to ensure material availability and readiness for build operations.Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve non-conformances, technical discrepancies, or integration concerns.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and program-specific requirements.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related technical field.Familiarity with system integration or manufacturing operations.US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret Security ClearanceDesired SkillsExperience supporting production or manufacturing environments.Familiarity with MRP systems, demand planning tools, or supply chain workflows.Ability to troubleshoot issues using structured problem-solving approaches.Our Total Rewards program is designed to attract top talent, support your well-being, and help you grow—both professionally and personally.Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.
