Advanced Registered Nurse Emergency Department Nights

The Extended Assignment Travel RN - Emergency Department provides high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They practice under the guidance of nurse managers, utilizing evidence-based standards and the WellStar Professional Practice Model. The role involves performing the nursing process, delivering patient-centered care, and fostering effective communication and collaboration within diverse teams.

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.

Partner with patients and families to ensure individualized, culturally sensitive care.

Coordinate documentation and delivery of safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication.

Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities.

Promote evidence-based practice, uphold policies, and contribute to protocol development.

Optimize resource use and support patient care across the continuum.

Associates or Diploma Nursing required; Bachelors preferred.

Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).

Previous travel experience strongly preferred.
