Job Description:
Overall responsibilities to include:
Project Manager (PM) will be accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
PM should have experience managing large projects (with 100+ resources) representing IT & various business functions.
The Project development methodology used is Agile.
Must Have skills:
IT experience of 8-10+ years with 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
Guiding the team and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum practices
Experience leading large global matrix teams (offsite and onshore)
Expertise with Jira Cloud or an equivalent tool.
Experience with AWS Cloud Platform
Track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup, etc.)
Resources should be proactive in their approach to ensure the project timelines, resource allocations and budgets are met.
Preferred skills:
Certifications: Scrum master ; Agile and Project Management
Experience with Stratus Cloud platform
Experience with data and a strong analytical outlook.
Degree in Science.
Experience with Burn up burndown charts
