Front Desk Receptionist needed!!!

Job Description **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
6. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Professional attitude and appearance.
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
