HR - Recruiting - Talent Sourcer

Who We Are Dealer Tire is a family‑owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH. We’re laser focused on helping the world’s largest and most trusted auto manufacturers grow their tire business—having sold more than 60 million tires to date.

Role Overview As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will execute a variety of candidate generation techniques, engage active and passive candidates, and support the recruiting team in building a successful pipeline.

Develop creative search/marketing strategies to support recruiting team in effective and successful pipelining.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing/staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency, and customer feedback.

Identify competitive threats, trends, and issues and raise them to Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Participate in recruiting events as assigned.

Evaluate candidate quality using the ATS and job boards, and manage the hiring process.

Present candidates to the responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist according to job requirements.

Conduct engaging phone interviews following consistent templates focused on job requirements, experience, and relevant skills.

Meet or exceed all established recruiting metrics.

Handle ServiceNow ticketing requests and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

Understand Federal and State employment laws related to hiring.

Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or 1‑2 years of Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience.

Experience with sourcing tools and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
