1️⃣ W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly $32–$41/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible days and hours
Full-time benefits start at 30+ hours/week

What You’ll Do as an SLP at Cole: Collaborate with a dynamic, passionate team
Create engaging, effective therapy plans
Help children build communication skills and meaningful connections
What We’re Looking For: CF/Intern-SLP or CCC-SLP (Texas licensed)
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
Pediatric experience (including internships or CF)
A team-oriented mindset (aka future work bestie material ????)
