As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care while supporting residents' overall health, safety, and quality of life.

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being

Complete resident assessments and identify changes in condition

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and care plans

Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care

Monitor resident progress and communicate important updates to the care team

Promote a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for residents and staff

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota required

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

New graduates are encouraged to apply

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
