Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: StoryPoint Parma, 8668 Day Dr, Parma, OH 44129

This position is full time and part time as available.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.

Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.

Prior supervisory experience required.

Punctuality and professionalism are important.

Passionate about working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.

Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.

Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).

Communicate effectively to team, residents, and families.

Build strong relationships.
