DGPerry, a certified public accounting firm with eight office locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and Florida, is committed to providing the highest quality accounting, auditing, tax, and business advisory services to our clients. Our firm employs more than 150 team members with a wide range of experience and skills, serving businesses in various industries. We're looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Columbus, Ohio (Dublin) office! Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette are required.

Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Greet and assist clients and visitors.
Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.
Assist with billing, collections, and daily deposits.
Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements.
Set up new client accounts and maintain client records.
Utilize firm software including Karbon, Practice CS, and Aiwyn.
Scan and organize documents.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, UPS shipments, and postage.
Respond to administrative inquiries and provide general office support.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3–5 years customer service or administrative support experience required
Professional services experience preferred
Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus, Ohio office
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
Ability to evaluate situations and modify behavior accordingly
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships through all levels of the organization
Demonstrates ability to take initiative and exercise time management skills
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
