What You'll Do As Service Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Service Department while leading a team of technicians and support staff. You'll be responsible for creating an environment where employees can succeed while ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every day.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians and a Service Coordinator

Drive operational excellence through performance management and continuous improvement

Ensure work orders, payroll, billing, and documentation are accurate and completed on time

Partner with Sales, Parts, and Customer Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and employee development discussions

Maintain Toyota service standards while ensuring quality and safety expectations are met

Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence

Preferred Qualifications Five years of service industry experience

Three to five years of leadership or management experience

Material Handling industry experience is a plus

The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands

Experience improving processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives

Confidence using business software and technology
