What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in dental office systems and software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Experience in dental assisting and chairside support
Job Description As a Dental Hygienist at our practice, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. You will work closely with the dentist to ensure that each patient receives personalized care and treatment. We are seeking a skilled professional who is dedicated to promoting oral health and has a passion for patient education.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assess patients oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary
