Role Description The Attorney will handle a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Daily responsibilities include interviewing clients and witnesses, reviewing medical and accident records, communicating with insurance companies, and negotiating settlements. The Attorney will appear in court, attend hearings, mediations, and depositions, and collaborate with support staff to move cases efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasadena, TX, requiring regular in-person interaction with clients, colleagues, and the courts.

Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Law, with experience or interest in Personal Injury and related civil litigation.

Candidates should possess skills in Labor and Employment Law where relevant to personal injury matters, such as workplace injuries or related claims.

Candidates should possess the ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice, including client counseling and case strategy development.

Candidates should possess strong Research skills to analyze statutes, case law, and regulations pertinent to personal injury claims.
