Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other appropriate assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
Conduct parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Ensure the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Experience conducting behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of ABA best practices, clinical documentation, and insurance requirements.
