LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an Am Law‑ranked firm to identify an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal for its Naples office. This opportunity offers complex, high‑level work in a collaborative, small‑office setting backed by the resources of a large, nationally recognized firm.
This team supports high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and family offices on sophisticated estate, tax, and wealth transfer planning.

Compile asset information, valuations, and detailed inventory schedules
Assist with preparation of fiduciary income tax returns and federal transfer tax filings, including Forms 706 and 709
Draft and file probate and trust administration documents using Florida e‑filing systems
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and advisors
Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and compliance
Maintain organized records using estate and tax software systems
3+ years of trusts and estates administration and probate experience in a US law firm
Recent exposure to high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth client matters required
Working knowledge of estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax filings (Forms 706 & 709)
Demonstrated experience billing time for substantive paralegal work
ABA‑approved paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
Multigenerational and legacy planning
Irrevocable trusts, including grantor and non‑grantor structures
Business succession planning
