Dishwasher-AM SHIFT

The Dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. using machine and manual cleaning methods. The Dishwasher also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Set up or break down dishwashing area

Collect and sweep trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster

Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed

Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry

Proper practice of sanitation and general hygiene

Must be able to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment

In some instances, the entire shift

Able to lift at least but not limited to 50 pounds and if more must be with assistance

Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment

Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

High School diploma or general education degree (GED):

Minimum 1-year dishwasher experience
