Head of Recruiting & HR

We're looking for a versatile HR Manager to be the go-to resource for our employees and managers alike. You'll own recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits support, performance management, and compliance — while helping shape a workplace culture people are proud of. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in the weeds of day-to-day HR operations and in the room helping leadership think strategically.
You’ll:
Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
Be the first point of contact for HR, benefits, and payroll questions
Coach managers through performance and employee relations issues
Keep employee records and HR compliance airtight
Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and open enrollment
Help evolve our HR policies and processes as we grow
You bring:
2+ years in a generalist or multi-functional HR role
Solid grasp of recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment law
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented, solutions-first mindset
HRIS experience preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
