Massage Therapist - Independent Contractors

Community Health and Wellness, LLC offers top notch services for individuals with disabilities throughout Texas. We provide in home and community services for individuals with disabilities and other related conditions.
Conduct Initial Evaluations (as needed for clients new to therapy), writing goals and objectives, and determining a recommended frequency of services.
Experience working with people with disabilities and/or dual diagnosis
Vast knowledge of Massage Therapy techniques for varying impairments and/or disabilities
Ability to travel to clients and provide in-home Massage Therapy services
Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes
Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication
Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance
Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
