Night Custodian - Substitute

Serving Maine's Midcoast communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, and Topsham, MSAD 75 is home to over 2,350 students and more than 600 faculty and staff members.
MSAD 75 is seeking a District-Wide Substitute Custodians to join our vibrant educational community.

HOURS: Both daytime and nighttime hours available (work as needed, no guarantee of minimum hours)
Complete maintenance of assigned work areas in buildings and on grounds.
including, but not limited to, unlocking and securing doors, controlling lights, daily checks of systems for heat and ventilation, emptying wastebaskets, sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing floors, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning bathrooms.
Act as a contact for individuals and groups using school facilities outside normal school hours.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in custodial or maintenance work desirable.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a variety of custodial equipment.
Valid Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
