As an MEP Estimator, you will play a critical role in supporting preconstruction efforts by developing accurate and detailed estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a diverse portfolio of complex projects. You will collaborate closely with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, constructible, and high-performance solutions.

Develop comprehensive estimates and budgets for MEP scopes on projects including data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, healthcare institutions, and heavy industrial sites.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents to identify scope gaps, assess constructability, and provide value-driven recommendations.

Engage with subcontractors and internal teams to benchmark costs, validate pricing assumptions, and support design-assist and value engineering initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.

Experience with subcontractor estimating is beneficial; general contractor or hybrid experience is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of MEP systems, including central utility plants, process piping, and specialized environments such as cleanrooms, hospitals, and chemical facilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project); advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Familiarity with MEP estimating software and digital takeoff tools; ability to quickly adapt to company-specific platforms.
