CNC Programmers, 1st and 2nd shifts

1. st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2. nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-5:30 AM. Fridays, 5:00 PM-Midnight as needed

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, interpreting blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting tables to process steel and other metal materials.
Load, unload, and position material safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Remove finished parts, sort materials, and prepare components for the next stage of production.
Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment or quality issues.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
Previous CNC plasma table, CNC machine operator, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with CNC machine controls.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving equipment.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
