Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds technology behind World, a real human network that empowers people worldwide to confirm real identities while preserving privacy. The TFH and World tech stack includes the Orb, World ID, and World App, adding a human layer to the AI‑driven internet.

The World ID team oversees the entire product lifecycle—from user experience to developer engagement—building a decentralized identity protocol open to developers worldwide. As a Staff Product Manager, you will be the internal and external evangelist and accountable lead for the features you own, shaping strategy, defining success metrics, and driving delivery in alignment with the World project’s top priorities.

6+ years of experience as a product manager in a relevant domain (fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, DeFi).

Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences.

Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or substantial experience in an engineering or design‑focused role.

Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience.
