Pharmacist, Full Time, Night Shift - Pharmacy

Department: YVMC Pharmacy

Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Evening Rotation

We are seeking a versatile and self‑directed Pharmacist to support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.

State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.

Active pharmacist licensure in Colorado and Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain both).

Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient pharmacy practice, with willingness to learn and cross‑train into the other setting.

Flexibility in scheduling, with shifts that may include day, evening, or night hours, and participation in an inpatient weekend rotation.

Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education.

Provide top‑of‑scope pharmacy support using evidence‑based protocols and best practices to promote safety at the point of care.

Contribute proactively to solutions to secure safety and quality at point of care.
