Remote Head Cooks - SLB East Camp - 3/3 Rotation + Housing + FIFO - North Slope, AK NANA Regional Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Head Cooks to join their team at the SLB East Camp on the North Slope. These professionals will manage kitchen staff, ensure high standards of food preparation, and maintain a safe, positive work environment in a remote camp setting. The ideal candidates are strong leaders with extensive cooking experience, able to thrive in challenging Arctic conditions and rotational schedules.

What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED equivalent
At least five (5) years of directly related restaurant cooking experience
Ability to instruct and train others
Must have or obtain an Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification upon hire
Pass all pre-employment contract requirements (drug test, physical, fit for duty, hearing test)
Ability to work as part of a team and make independent decisions
Ability to stand for 12 hours per shift during rotation
Ability to live in dormitory-style settings and meet cleanliness requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and meet other physical requirements
Must meet and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
Ability to travel by plane and/or bus to remote camps
English language proficiency (speak, understand, read, write)
